Noushad CH is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 13 years of experience in managing hospital and Business Process Re-engineering with a focus on continuous improvement through extensive training & development of resources. He played a vital role in the inception of Aster MIMS Kottakkal, a 150 bedded hospital in Kottakkal. An Important Member in turning greenfield into a turn-key Project, with extensive in-depth knowledge in Law and Managerial skills, he procured all key licenses for the functioning of a hospital in a short period. Spearheaded the strategic restructuring of sick enterprises into a viable unit. Joined as our first employee as Assistant Manager in 2008, Promoted as Manager operations in 2012. We have been entrusted with the role of Senior Manager Operations at Aster MIMS Kottakkal since 2016.

After completing his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from NSS College, Manjeri, Noushad CH obtained a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Govt. Law College Calicut, 1993 and an MBA in Hospital Administration from Vinayaka University 2010.
